Shipping and Return Policies

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.  Generally we will ship in 3-5 days however prints may take 7-10 days to ship.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Greater Melbourne

ORIGINALS AND EXTRA-LARGE PRINTS
We offer free delivery in the Greater Melbourne area for Original Artworks, if you are eligible, it will appear once you have added a postal address. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Originals will be shipped flat and matted with high quality mat board, and will be securely wrapped for protection.
If you would prefer a courier please get into contact with us and we will create a quote for you.  
 
A2 and A3 PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS
We use Australia Post for smaller products.
A2 and A3 prints will be shipped unframed, carefully rolled and well protected in a heavy-duty mailing tube.
Other products will be carefully packed in an appropriate box.

Across Australia

ORIGINALS AND EXTRA-LARGE PRINTS
Originals will be shipped flat and matted with high quality mat board, and will be securely wrapped for protection.
Due to the size and shape they will need to be sent by courier. A request for a shipping quote can be submitted at check out. Once we have the quote ready, you will receive an email with a link to an updated cart that includes the total cost of the original work and the shipping quote.

We use Australia Post for smaller products.

Other products will be carefully packed in an appropriate box.  

Outside Australia

We ship small products and prints internationally to locations serviced by Australia Post. If you believe we should be able to ship to you, please contact us with your address and we will check our options.
Unfortunately, due to their size and weight we can not ship original works overseas.



RETURNS POLICY

If you have any problems at all with your order please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, we would love to help you! If a product is damaged or faulty please provide a photo if possible.

Products apart from original works can be returned within 30 days of receipt, buyer to pay return shipping. Once we have received the products, we will issue a refund of the product cost and 50% of the original shipping costs we paid. The time taken to receive a refund will depend on your location and how long it takes to get to us, we will issue the refund within 3 days of receiving the return.

Originals can be returned within 30 days of receipt, buyer to pay return courier costs. Once we have received the original work and verified it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the artwork itself and 50% of the original courier cost we paid. The time taken to receive a refund will depend on your location and how long it takes to get to us, we will issue the refund within 3 days of receiving the return.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on items bought on sale unless they are faulty in some way, please contact us to discuss.

If a product arrived damaged or faulty once we have received the product back or your photo describing the damage, we will refund the remainder of the shipping fees. If you prefer an exchange we will send it out once we receive tracking information. Unfortunately for change of mind returns, we can not cover your return shipping fees.
